Super Hero Card Deck

Families, therapists, and children are drawn to the Super Hero Ception Force Friends™ cards because they take everything children are learning about their brain and body and turn it into something empowering. By framing internal signals—like heart rate, balance, or big emotions—as "inner superpowers," the cards shift a child's perspective from feeling overwhelmed to feeling capable.

Children use the cards to step into the role of a hero in their own story, utilizing imagination and movement to build somatic awareness. This approach allows them to explore their bodily sensations with curiosity, helping them notice and respond to signals in a way that fosters self-regulation and confidence.
